Technician
ITI (Air-Coordinator)
Minimum 4
years and above experience in Operation & Maintenance of Centra AC. plants
including chilled water system, packaged A.C. units. Independent trouble
shooting capability and knowledge of electrical systems of A.C. plants shall be
an added advantage. Diploma candidates with 1-2 years will also be considered.
2) Electrician
HT/LT
ITI With
more than 3 years of experience in maintenance HT/LT Minimum 5 years of
experience in erection of HT witches gears, Power transformers, HT cabling
& control cabling & wiring, pre comm., testing assistance, Operation
& maintenance of HT (11KV & 33KV) / LT panels, with trouble shooting
experience. Should be able to read electrical drawings, SLD & wiring
schemes for doing panel wiring at si.
3) Plumber
Maintenance
Minimum 5
years working experience on copper, PVC, HDPE piping, cold water and hot water
distribution system. Should be able to install sanitary fittings, sanitary ware
etc.
4) Fire Alarm
Technician
ITI with 5+
years of experience in operation, repair troubleshooting, testing &
maintenance of different type of FDAS’s/FFPS’s (Addressable & Conventional
type), Public Address system (P.A. System), general low power electronics etc.
he shall be able to perform on-site emergency troubleshooting, Programming
& repair of Fire Alarm Systems & Fire Protection systems.
5) Sheet Metal
Fabricator
5+ years
experience in Sheet Metal fabrication jobs.
