1) Business Development Managers
MBA/Engineering background or equivalent qualification. To identify sales leads, pitch goods or service to new client and maintain a good working relationship with clients. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients. Overseeing the development of marketing literature, writing reports etc. Should have GCC experience and candidates with GCC Driving license would given preference. Candidates should be young with excellent communication skills.
2) HK Supervisors
Diploma or Equivalent qualification and Supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms in hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, and similar establishments. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action. May purchase housekeeping supplies and equipment, take periodic inventories, screen applicants, train new employees, and recommend dismissal.
3) MEP Engineers
Degree Engineering in and discipline, responsible for planning and Design/Projects in the area of Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing (MEP) system including developing policies standard, inspection procedure and evaluation tools for MEP matters etc.
All Candidates should have experience in Building Construction Project.
