Fly Dubai was officially
set up in March 2008 by the Government of Dubai, forming the city’s first
low-cost airline. From the beginning, Flydubai has been dedicated to making
travel simpler, more relaxing and more affordable. 5 years after its inaugural commercial
flight, Flydubai is now making more than 1,100 flights a week with over 300
pilots and 500 cabin crew taking thousands of passengers to destinations
throughout the region.
Established by the
Government of Dubai, Flydubai operates from Terminal 2 at Dubai International
Airport. Flydubai currently has a fleet of more than 45 brand new Boeing
737-800 NG aircraft and operates to more than 90 destinations.
