(Blue Star Oman) is a JV between two leaders in the Projects contracting services industry: Oman Electro Mechanical Contracting Co LLC (OEMC), the 100% subsidiary of W J Towell & Co (LLC), Oman, and Blue Star Limited, India.
The Company combines synergistically the strengths of both JV partners and offers professional Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) contracting services to businesses in Oman.
Blue Star Oman Electro-Mechanical Company LLC (Blue Star Oman/ BSOEMC) commenced operations on the 1st of October, 2015. Blue Star Oman formed as joint venture between Oman Electro Mechanical Contracting Co. (OEMC), the 100% subsidiary of WJ Towell & Co. LLC and Blue Star Limited. BSOEMC will primarily offer Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) contracting services in Oman.
Blue Star Limited is India's leading engineering conglomerate with core businesses of air-conditioning, commercial refrigeration, MEP contracting and after-sales service. It has a network of 32 offices in India, presence in 15 countries, 5 modern manufacturing facilities, 2500 employees and a turnover of nearly USD 500 million. Blue Star's international business is currently engaged in the export of air-conditioning and refrigeration products to the Middle East, Africa and SAARC regions, and is also making steady progress in the developing African market. The Company also runs an international projects business through its joint ventures in Qatar and Malaysia.
